Whilst not liking the price hikes, and looking for other software to replace LMI, I agree with have MAXFocus as an RMM solution, but you STILL cannot have the 'Take Control' app, and Teamviewer installed on the same PC. I just wish I knew which left hook was coming from LMI headquarters next. So I think it is all in how you re-sell the remote experience. (I have customers who know they can buy their own licenses for $X, but I say, I'll handle it for you and give you your own sub-account for $X + $Y. Now I was prepared for $500 for 250 "free" accounts. Then no more free accounts, but LMI Central has 100 free accounts w/ $250 / year. No problem, I deployed dozens of accounts with etc. Then they changed it to only 10 free accounts per account. First I took major advantage of the free accounts.
